Starting here is just the beginning. We have redefined growth and development at Pfizer to ensure that everyone can have the opportunity to follow the path to their dream career. Each aspiration is unique and so is each experience. Colleagues have different options, whether that is growing to be the best in your role, grow your expertise in your current function and try a next experience, expanding your experience outside of your current function and grow your breadth of knowledge through a cross functional experience or finally take on additional responsibility, leadership, and challenge to grow upwards.
We are putting colleagues on the center, unleashing their potential and asking them to think deeply and transparently about their aspirations and connecting them to diverse opportunities.
We’ll foster your learning and encourage your development. We’ll listen to your aspirations and provide with diverse experiences like job-rotation assignments, experiential action projects and short-term project roles. Grow at Pfizer means collecting experiences to pursue your aspirations.
We actively encourage you to have growth conversations with your manager. Through Growth Conversations, you connect with your manager to work toward your growth aspirations and align on the next growth experience needed to propel you forward toward your aspiration and deliver on our purpose.

Want to see career opportunities catered to you? Search our new roles!
We believe that it is important to be prepared before the interview, so you can eliminate external confusion. For preparation we suggest educating yourself about the company by visiting our website, our LinkedIn profile etc. Of course, you should also read the requirements and needs of the position you are being interviewed for. The main goal of the preparation is to feel confident and calm during your interview so you can focus more on how your current experiences and desired career path connect to our open positions.
Remember, your CV or Resume is the first exposure a Recruiter and a Hiring Manager will have to your work experience. Spend some time to make it shine! We want you to have everything settled up for success! Remember, details do make a difference!
Competency-based interviewing is driven by the philosophy that past performance predicts future performance. Since performance is a result of how we behave, we can predict a candidate's future performance by probing into, or assessing, past behaviors. The interviewer will be asking you for specific examples of your past behavior so that you may demonstrate evidence of your potential for success in the role. All candidates applying for the same role will be asked similar questions. Questions often begin with "Tell me about a time when…" or "Give me an example of…". For some questions the interviewer will ask you, it might be a follow up, so the Hiring Manager collects all the necessary information.
Be yourself - your personality is your biggest weapon.
Don't be afraid to take time to collect your thoughts before you
Make questions too! – interview is not an interrogation; it is a pleasant dialog. It’s also OK to ask the interviewer to repeat a question or clarify your understanding of what you are being asked.
Be original! Avoid using “common” answers from online sites.
If you are unsure about whether your example is what the interviewer was looking for, at the end of your response check with the interviewer that you have adequately answered their question or need more information.
We try to address all frequent questions but sometimes there are some specific cases that may cause other questions to come up. You can find a list with the most common questions below.
Pfizer's flexible working schedule blends the best of on-site and remote work to drive greater flexibility for many of our colleagues. By empowering colleagues in various roles to design their workday we can maximize productivity, enhance work-life balance, attract top-notch and diverse talent, and support a more agile way of working that fosters innovation and patient-centricity. CDI colleagues usually are expected to work onsite 2-3 days weekly.

Before applying for an open position, place your resume and job listing side by side, and try to draw line between similar things you can find. Try to figure out if they connect, where do they connect, how they connect, and how you can prepare to talk about areas that they don’t connect. Apply for the job positions that you consider to be the best fit for!
Pfizer is committed to providing developmental opportunities for internal candidates, therefore applying to another position is an opportunity for both growth and development. Using Workday, you can search for jobs that fit your requirements such as location and function. Once you find a job that you would like to apply to, you will be asked to create a profile and upload a CV / Resume to apply. While it is strongly recommended that colleagues remain in their role for a minimum of twelve months in order to get a better understanding of the role, set their goals and reach them, there is no required time before a colleague may apply for another opportunity. Candidates who most closely meet the requirements of the job will be selected for an interview. Interviews may consist of screening calls, video conferencing, face-to-face interviews at a location convenient to the Recruiter and the Hiring Manager.

Global Digital Rotational Program
Digital is integral to so many parts of our organization – as it’s the force that drives our most exciting technological innovations and keeps us several steps ahead.
The Rotational Program gives college graduates the opportunity to rotate through various rotations approximately 6-12 months each for a period of 24 months, acquiring essential skills and knowledge along the way.
The mission of this program is to accelerate the development of knowledge and skills through experiences within Pfizer Digital in order to find the best fit for both the individual and the organization, as well as to find new and innovative ways to deliver quality Information Technology solutions to Pfizer.
The Program, implemented by Pfizer in the USA, was launched successfully in Thessaloniki in 2021. Its goal is to address young people from all over Greece, promote the culture of continuous learning and personal development through the integration of Greek universities’ graduates at Pfizer. The graduates will work to develop their skills in fields such as: Software Engineering, Technical Architecture, Information Security and Data Analytics. At the end of this two-year-period the participants will choose the position they desire, according to their interests and advancement potential but also based on the company’s needs. The selected candidates will have a permanent contract with the company, and they will be based in Thessaloniki.
The Digital Rotational Program is designed to provide flexibility and encourage the development of new skills, offering participants the opportunity to discover their qualifications and interests in practice, while meeting Pfizer's needs.
