Intelligent Conversational Agent for Medical Q&A (MQA)
MQA develops a novel intelligent Conversational Agent that employs Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to match user questions with Q&As that are automatically extracted from scientific documents, aiming to assist call center operators in handling the millions of queries they receive every year from patients and health care professionals. Two different models are investigated for the Q&A extraction: the Sentence-Template-based model, which involves Entity Recognition and Relation Extraction, and the Neural-Network-based model.
